Remember Positivity
The positive has synergy. The negative has no synergy. War takes tremendous amounts of energy and resources. Peace requires only being.
Negativity drives people apart and separates them. Positivity brings people together and unites them.
Whenever you are in doubt, consider whether that thing unites or separates. Does it bring people together or push them apart? Then choose whichever ‘one’ you prefer. The one of unity expressed, or the one that perpetuates the illusion of separation.

On Being
I say - Good day to you all!
My, my, lots and lots of worrying lately! Worry, worry, worry. My, how we love to worry!
Worrying about all kinds of things.
Remember - Remember! – this is the key – Remember that what you focus your energy on is what you will *be* and what you are is what you experience.
Ten people can experience the exact same set of circumstances, but they will each have a different experience due to their beliefs and their state of *being*.
Remember! We aren’t just human beings, we are humans, being.
What do you want to BE?
Some people believe in the end-times, or Armageddon, or the rapture, or the Galactic Superwave, or global conspiracies. We are endlessly creative beings. It is clear that more theories will constantly be created. That is what we do. We create. We can create and believe in whatever theories we prefer.
You can believe the world is flat. You can believe gravity might stop working at any minute. Whatever you want to believe is totally up to you.
What we choose to believe directly, -- di – rect – ly --, affects our experience.
If some natural disaster occurs, what will you experience? Will it be an experience of terror and coming Armageddon? Will it be an experience of the rapture? Will it be an experience of terrible sorrow and sympathy for those people? Or will it be an experience of life? Or an experience of being called to action to help others? Or will it be an opportunity for profit? Whatever you choose is up to you. It is up to who you are.
Your experience depends on who you are. It depends on your be-ing.
Bashar on Being - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G9lE0S6ToZA
“Circumstances do not determine state of being. State of being determines circumstances.”
“Circumstances don’t matter. Only state of *being* matters.”
“Only state of being –matters. Only state of being materializes experience.”
“Erase the echo and allow the true reflection to take form from your state of being.”
(These are all quotes from the preceding video link.)
Choose what works for you. Choose what you prefer to *be*. You are always choosing. So why not choose *consciously*.
We start with the zero rest balance point inside of us, and from there, our desire and determination, along with the belief that it is possible, will manifest those things to us, without using force or pushing those things into creation.
